Bob Moesta

President of The ReWired Group and adjunct fellow at the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation

We are thrilled to welcome innovation expert Bob Moesta as this year’s QAD Explore keynote speaker! Moesta is a recognized leader in the creation, development and launching of new products and services. During the course of his 30-year career, Moesta has worked on and helped to launch more than 3,500 new products, services and businesses. He is best known for being a principal architect of the Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) theory, a basic and vital building block for helping to make innovation more predictable and successful. The ReWired Group, a Detroit-based end-to-end innovation consulting group, was founded by Moesta to share knowledge and teach innovation skills to help companies and innovators make progress toward doing things better, faster and cheaper.


Pamela Lopker, QAD


Pamela Lopker is responsible for shaping QAD’s vision and strategic direction and driving the company’s global research and development efforts. Lopker has long been recognized as a leader and entrepreneur in advancing manufacturing software. She has received many accolades, including “Hero of U.S. Manufacturing” from Fortune and “Entrepreneur of the Year for the Greater Los Angeles area” from Ernst & Young. Lopker holds a B.A. in mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.


Anton Chilton, QAD

Chief Executive Officer

Anton Chilton is dedicated to providing new and current customers with a positive experience implementing QAD. Before joining QAD, Chilton held senior roles in global systems integration companies for more than 12 years. He has extensive experience in Asia, Africa and Europe, managing business consulting and global account management teams and has built an extensive knowledge of the design and delivery of high value software and outsourcing solutions. Prior to his consulting experience, Chilton designed software and infrastructure solutions to support for British Steel. He received his Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and also served in the British Royal Navy’s Submarine Service.


Carter Lloyds, QAD

Chief Marketing Officer

Carter Lloyds is the Chief Marketing Officer for QAD. He is responsible for overseeing marketing and sales operations, market research, marketing communications, web marketing, analytics, pricing and events, customer research and the development of initiatives that drive customer value. Prior to joining QAD, Lloyds spent 10 years consulting, teaching and researching business strategy. Carter holds a B.S. in accounting and a Ph.D. in business strategy from the University of Southern California.


Tony Winter, QAD

Chief Technology Officer

Tony J. Winter is responsible for driving the company’s long-term technology, architecture and product release strategies. Winter oversees a global Research & Development team, manages all technical relationships with QAD global partners, and innovates on QAD’s key technology initiatives, including its mobile computing and QAD Cloud ERP. Winter holds a bachelor of science degree in physics and computer science from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.


Bill Keese, QAD

Senior Vice President, Research & Development

Bill has worked in the manufacturing space for over 30 years, developing and supporting business systems. At QAD, Bill is responsible for the strategic direction, development and delivery of the entire suite of QAD's solutions, as well as ensuring that QAD products meet the international requirements of our global manufacturing customers. Six kids, seven grandchildren and three horses keep Bill happily busy. He also enjoys dirt bike riding, skiing, hiking, and traveling.
